Subscription fees for our "Standard" and "Pro" plans are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in this policy. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for New Customers

If you are a new customer upgrading to a paid plan for the first time, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your subscription within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@billease.irtiqahub.com with your purchase details.

Please note, this guarantee does not apply to customers who upgrade to a paid plan after completing the 7-day free trial period. The trial period is intended to allow you to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription.

4. No Refunds for Renewals

We do not offer refunds for automatic subscription renewals. To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and cancel at any time from your account settings.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as a billing error on our part. If you believe your situation is exceptional, please contact our support team to explain the circumstances.
